We begin by paying attention to what you've been carrying for a long time without space to be fully understood.

Noticing patterns in how you cope, relate, withdraw, or keep going can often bring into view something that has been shaping your experience for years.

For many people, this includes anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, neurodivergent ways of experiencing the world, or a long-standing sense of being slightly out of step with themselves or others.

Rather than trying to change these experiences immediately, we begin by staying with them together long enough to understand what they may be connected to in your life, your history, and your way of adapting.

We begin by slowing things down enough to notice what has been happening beneath the surface.

Whatever arrives in the room - nervousness, a sudden laugh, something unexpected - we don’t move past it straight away.

We stay with it.

We listen to what it’s like, and what it might be communicating.

DEPTH & SOMATIC

Sometimes what you’re carrying lives in your shoulders, your chest, your stomach. In the places that tighten or go numb before you’ve even had words for what you’re feeling.

We begin to notice that together.

Noticing how your body responds in certain moments often reveals something that thinking alone cannot quite reach.

Over time, this can bring a different kind of understanding. One that is felt as well as thought.

Most therapy happens through what you talk about.
Here, what happens
between us matters just as much.

The patterns you carry into your life - the ways you connect, withdraw, seek reassurance, or go quiet - they'll find their way into the room too. When that happens, we don’t move past it. We stay with it, even when it’s uncomfortable. That's where something real can shift.

This isn't about polishing yourself up. It's about coming to know yourself, and maybe, slowly, learning to love what you find.
