WORKING TOGETHER
This is slow work. Honest work.
The kind that actually changes something.
Most of us learn to manage what we feel. To keep it contained, functional, moving. The inbox gets cleared. The children get fed. You smile in the right places.
You save the falling apart for later - except later never quite comes.
But the messy, complicated, hard to name thing doesn't go away. It just waits. In the 2am waking. The heaviness on a Sunday afternoon. The irritability you can't quite explain. The tears that arrive at the wrong moment.
This is a space to turn toward it - not to fix it or resolve it, but to listen to what it's actually saying. With the mind, yes. But mostly with the heart.
WHAT THIS WORK IS
01
DEPTH & SOMATIC
Sometimes what you're carrying lives in your shoulders before it lives in your words. We follow both.
02
UNHURRIED
Some sessions surprise us both. That's usually when something real is moving.
03
FULLY PRESENT
You'll be met here.
Whatever arrives in the room - nervousness, a sudden laugh, something you didn't expect to feel - we don't move past it. We honour it.
WHAT MAKES THIS WORK DISTINCTIVE
Most therapy happens through what you talk about.
Here, what happens between us matters just as much.
The patterns you carry into your life - the ways you connect, withdraw, seek reassurance, or go quiet - they'll find their way into the room too. When that happens, we don’t move past it. We stay with it, even when it’s uncomfortable. That's where something real can shift.
This isn't about polishing yourself up. It's about coming to know yourself, and maybe, slowly, learning to love what you find.
