“The doors to the self are few but precious. If you have a deep scar, that is a door.
If you have an old, old story, that is a door.”
Clarissa Pinkola Estés

FOR WOMEN WHO ARE WAKING UP...
to their essence - to knowing who they are beyond the usual stories they've internalised about themselves
their bodies - to learning to truly connect with their bodies
their relationships - to developing greater intimacy in friendships and family
the sacredness of life - to connecting with nature, creativity and joy
A Warm Welcome
Hello, I’m Jinny
I support women who are awakening to more. Women who feel change stirring within but aren’t sure how to move forward.
Many of the women I work with have known early emotional wounds or relational ruptures, or simply find themselves in a season of life where what once felt certain no longer fits. They may feel disconnected from their bodies, unsure of their voice, or burdened by self-doubt and the quiet weight of shame. They often live with an unrelenting inner critic or a persistent flow of negative thoughts that leave them feeling stuck — unable to step into their full potential, moving through daily life with a sense of pressure or inadequacy. Often, nothing is good enough.
Though their stories and backgrounds differ, what they often share, often times hiding beneath their awareness, is an innate intuition — a deep inner knowing — that, for various reasons, they may have lost touch with over time. In our work together, as they begin to reconnect with this part of themselves, something profound begins to shift: a clearer sense of self emerges, self-trust deepens, and life starts to feel more authentic, spacious, and whole.
In our work together, psychotherapy meets spirituality. We explore your emotions, intuition, and the quiet wisdom of your body and soul — creating space to release what no longer serves and reconnect with who you truly are. Every scar, every story, holds a door back to your wholeness. You don’t have to walk through it alone.
If you’re in a time of transition and something in you is waking up, I’d love to hear from you!
I work online and in person in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, and offer a complimentary 15-minute call to connect and sense whether this work feels aligned.

About me
My path into this work began with my own search for meaning during a time of personal upheaval.
My journey has neither been quick nor easy, to say the least. Along the way, I have had to contend with every question, every feeling and emotion possible - not just intellectually or philosophically, but in a deeply embodied way. Therapy and contemplative practice helped me reconnect with myself, discover resilience, and cultivate a deeper sense of presence.
Over the decades of doing this work, personally and professionally, I have encountered a depth of human suffering that allows me to truly see you, to deeply empathise with you. It is in being fully seen in this way that allows for something alchemical to unfold - a shift that is beyond words, felt more than spoken.
Over time, this gentle process can give rise to a quiet, yet unmistakable, transformation — a soft returning to oneself.
I have trained in psychotherapy and various other psychological and spiritual disciplines. My work is informed by neuroscience, psychology, mindfulness, and the wisdom of contemplative traditions, along with a daily movement practice. It is also grounded in respect for the uniqueness of each person’s journey.
