Hello!
I’m Jinny Gupta, a UKCP registered therapist with an online and private practice located in West London (W4).
My approach
My practice is summed up by Zen Master Soem sa Nim: "You already understand. You know."

I believe you possess all the answers to your life's questions, even if they seem out of reach right now.
As your therapist, my goal is to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself. Together, through mindfulness and compassion, we will explore the influences in your life and how they impact you. If it felt appropriate to you, we would use meditation and Gendlin's Focusing technique to make a deeper connection with the mind and body.

I am your biggest supporter, and also willing to pose challenging questions that encourage an expansive thinking. Over time, this self-awareness can help you identify unhelpful patterns and adopt more helpful ones. By the end of our work together, you may feel more resilient and confident in your own voice.

Next steps

If my website resonates with you in any way, feel free to email me to arrange a complimentary introductory conversation.
Please share a little about yourself, your reasons for seeking therapy, and why you feel it's the right time. You may also want to ask me any questions to help ease your concerns about starting this journey.
If everything aligns and you decide this feels like a good fit, we can schedule an initial appointment, either online or in-person, based on your preference.
Together, we will explore your concerns and clarify your expectations for therapy, including any goals you may wish to achieve by the end of our work together.
