Hello!
My name is Jinny Gupta, and I am a UKCP registered therapist with an online and private practice in West London (W4).
I am trained integratively, which means that I work creatively with you, keeping your needs, goals and desires, front and centre.
I work in English and Hindi.
My approach
"You already understand. You already know." Zen Master Soem sa Nim
I believe you already have all the answers to your life.
It may be that they are less readily accessible right now.
As your therapist, I'd like to support you to get to know yourself as much, and as closely, as possible. Together, we will explore what affects you, and how you're impacted by others in your life, to help you find those answers.
I work with the twin approaches of mindfulness and compassion.
What this means is that I support you in developing curiosity and compassion towards your self, and the world at large. As your mirror, I reflect your thoughts and feelings back to you, inviting you to sink into them more deeply.
I am your biggest cheerleader; yet not afraid to ask difficult questions that invite you to think more expansively. In time, your increasing self-awareness can help you to recognise patterns of behaviours that no longer serve you, and adopt those that do.
Along with awareness, I support you in cultivating a greater level of self-compassion. This is so you can develop an attitude of radical kindness towards yourself. Over time, you may find an increasing capacity to take the best care of yourself, no matter which situation you find yourself in.
At the end of our work together, you may find yourself more resilient, and trusting of your own voice.

Next steps
If your experience on my website resonates with you at any level, please email me to schedule a free introductory conversation. You can let me know a bit about yourself, what brings you to therapy, and perhaps, why now.
You might want to ask me some questions that can help relieve some of your concerns around starting this process.
If all goes well, and you decide that therapy is worth giving a try, we can set up an initial appointment, which can be online or in person, according to your wish.
We will look at your issues together and understand your expectations of therapy, including any goals you might have for the end of our work.
