Neuroscience research has shown that 8 weeks of mindfulness and meditation practice can change the neurological wiring of the brain in healthy ways. Practiced with intention and commitment, these 8 weeks have been known to change the structure and function of the brain.

Mindfulness is a powerful tool that can help you gain insight into how to live a more fulfilling life. As an experienced practitioner, I offer meditation and mindfulness courses and workshops, tailored to your needs, so you can gain greater insight into your own health, well-being and optimal function, achieved through greater mental clarity, emotional balance and psychological harmony. I draw from the Rinzai tradition of Zen Buddhism, however, my courses and workshops are delivered in a secular format.

 

The 8-week mindfulness programme combines meditation and mindfulness practices to help you become more aware of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and to cultivate a greater sense of presence and connection with your inner self. Over the course of the programme, you will develop and practice techniques to help you become more aware of the present moment, while also learning how to manage stress and cultivate a more balanced, healthy mindset. With a commitment to the practice, you can expect to see significant changes in your overall well-being, attitude, and outlook on life.
