Psychospiritual Therapy for Women
Your Questions Answered
-
What makes your approach different from traditional therapy?
My work brings together the depth of psychotherapy with the wisdom of the soul. We explore not only what’s happening in your mind and emotions, but also what your deeper self is trying to express through them. It’s therapy that listens to both your story and your spirit, where insight meets intuition, and transformation feels both grounded and sacred.
-
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes. Many of my clients work with me online, from the comfort of their own space. The connection is just as real, it simply invites a different kind of presence. As long as you have privacy and a stable internet connection, we can create a deeply attuned and grounded space together.
-
What if I’ve never done therapy before and feel nervous?
That’s completely natural. Starting therapy is an act of courage, an opening towards yourself. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear plan; you just need the willingness to begin. Together, we’ll take it one step, one breath, one conversation at a time.
-
Do I need to be spiritual to work with you?
Not at all. You only need curiosity and a willingness to know yourself more deeply. When I speak of spirituality, I mean the felt sense of connection: to your own essence, to life, to something larger than the mind. You can come exactly as you are, with whatever beliefs (or doubts) you hold.
-
How do you weave psychotherapy and spirituality together?
I hold space for the practical and the mysterious to meet. We might explore patterns, emotions, and relationships through psychological insight, while also listening to the quiet language of your intuition and body. This creates a path of healing that is both emotionally intelligent and soulfully alive.
-
What kinds of challenges or transitions do you help with?
Many women come to me when something inside is shifting, even if they can’t yet name what it is. It might look like burnout, grief, restlessness, a longing for authenticity, or the quiet ache that says “there must be more.” Together, we explore what’s ending, what’s beginning, and what’s waiting to be born through you.
-
What can I expect in our first session?
The first session is a gentle beginning. You don’t need to prepare or perform, just arrive as you are. We’ll explore what’s bringing you here and what feels most alive right now. My intention is that you leave feeling seen, supported, and more connected to the part of you that already knows the way forward.
-
How long do people usually work with you?
Each journey unfolds in its own time. Some clients come for a short series of sessions to gain clarity or ease around a specific issue; others stay longer as the work deepens and new layers reveal themselves. I’ll always support you in moving at the pace that feels right and respectful to your process.
-
Do I need to have a clear problem or goal to work with you?
Not at all. Some people come with a very specific challenge, others just feel unsettled or curious about exploring themselves more deeply. Both are welcome.
-
What if I have nothing to say in a session?
This is a very common experience for many clients, even those who've been coming for a long time. There is no expectation or obligation for you to 'make something up' if it isn't arising naturally. We give space to whatever is present without judgement or a commentary. In my experience, some of the 'best' sessions occur in the space of not knowing, as something organic and unexpected can emerge.
-
Do you work with insurance providers?
Yes, I work with several major insurers. Please get in touch to check whether your plan is covered.

I’d like to explore working with you, what are the next steps?
I aim to respond to your enquiry within 24 hours, with an offer of a free, brief introductory chat as per your availability. This chat is an opportunity for you to tell me a bit about yourself: what brings you to therapy and why now. We can explore any goals you might have for the end of our work, some sense of how I work etc. You may then decide to go ahead and book an initial session, online or in person.
