As open, sensitive beings, sometimes we will feel vulnerable.

We might find ourselves stuck in our current life situation - confused, lost in the darkness of depression, or spiralling in anxiety. We might be struggling with health issues, losses, failure, misfortune or other stressful situations.

Some of us may be transitioning into the next stage of our lives, and realising that what had made sense so far, no longer does. Feelings of despair and emptiness are common during this stage, and can turn life into a grey and sterile landscape.

Sometimes we may not even know what we are feeling or why we are feeling that way. Despite a seemingly good life – a roof over our heads, food on the table, relative successes at work and in relationships – a gnawing feeling persists: ‘something’s not quite right’

If you relate to any of this, I can offer you a safe, open and accepting space to explore your feelings. I work in a relational manner, and lead with mindfulness and compassion. My work is informed by the knowledge offered by psychology and neuroscience, as well as the wisdom of contemplative, meditative traditions of the East. My practice is rooted in a holistic, trauma-sensitive approach to living.
